My weekly meal prepping doesn’t necessarily consist of making meals and containering them out in the fridge. My prepping usually consist of veggie prepping. I chop and container out veggies for easier access through out the week whether its for meals or healthy snacks during the week. We typically eat the same veggies weekly just different ways. I like to make salads so me and Nick have lunch options and I don’t have to take time in the evening chopping because it does take time.
