2018 was a year filled with sweet tables, donut walls and cake pops. However, I believe this year will be the year of naked cakes – less is more! I feel like brides and grooms will be opting out on having the GIANT wedding cake, and will be having more sweet tables and personalized treats.

2019 will remain the year of greenery and everything fresh! Even though the pantone colour of year is bright colour, I still think we will be seeing a lot of wild greenery bouquets and rustic set ups. Also, giant balloons are in! Normally I would say that balloons are tacky at weddings, but these giant balloons give a sense of elegance. You can monogram them, add foliage and customize them however you like.

This year will be the year of simple but classy dresses. We are back to the minimalist era of dresses, not too much fuss but enough class. With 2018 hosting a royal wedding, every bride will be seeking out a gown just like Megan’s!
Calligraphy was very popular in 2018 weddings. From personalized invitations to seating charts, this new trend will give your wedding paper a brand new look. You can hire an artist to draw and customize your invitations!
